We are seeking a Director to lead the HR ID&E Centre of Excellence, championing inclusive workplace initiatives and advancing firm-wide priorities. This role will work closely with the National ID&E Council, , to ensure all initiatives align with KPMG Canada's strategic direction. Collaborating with Human Resources, the Executive ID&E Council, the Chief Mental Health Officer, the Social Impact team, and our Employee Resource Groups, the Director will drive the ongoing evolution of our ID&E strategy.
The position reports directly to the Chief Talent Officer.

The successful candidate will be required to support and collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders across the country while at KPMG. The successful candidate will be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, employment laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.
The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $193,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
