WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Managing a full recruitment cycle across both technical and back office roles (Compliance, Finance, Legal, IT), guiding candidates through all stages of the interview process and ensuring a brilliant candidate experience
  • Collaborating with external teams, overseeing and managing the overall interaction with external agencies
  • Constantly optimizing every stage of the search process and making our recruitment better
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
  • Previous experience in recruitment across IT and/or back office roles, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable
  • High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth
