A leading consulting firm is seeking a Transition Change Management Professional to partner closely with project teams and develop strategies for successful change management in supply chain programs. Candidates should possess PROSCI certification and project management expertise. Remote work is possible, but candidates must accommodate specific working hours. This role offers a great opportunity to impact the organizational transformation process.

Sponsor prefers candidate to be near one of Client sites (AZ, CA, OR) but will allow the right candidate to work remote 100% only if they meet all of the requirements.
Suppliers: Do NOT submit candidates who can only work remote if they do not meet all of the requirements.
Would consider a candidate outside of AZ, CA or OR, but they need to work PST or MST hours. The work involved includes working with a global project team. Hours would need to be flexed to accommodate occasional 7am PST meetings with Europe and 5/6pm PST meetings with Asia. Total hours worked during a given week are not expected to extend beyond 40 hours.

This involves working with a team working on change management, process adoption, LEAN SS for Client supply chain programs. Person will be assigned to one or more programs as the change lead.
