Responsibilities

• Vet new Joint Venture Partner prospects by reviewing Audited Financial Statements to ensure financial obligations are met
• Review Teaming Partner and Joint Venture Agreements to protect the employer\'s financial interests
• Collaborate with PricewaterhouseCoopers to meet annual Audit Requirements for Integrated Delivery contracts
• Support Internal Audit during reviews of selected projects and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Monitor cash receipts and communicate risks and opportunities on existing projects to upper management

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to translate Financial Statements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with various contract types, including firm fixed price and cost reimbursement contracts
• Potential to perform in a lead capacity within project teams
• Familiarity with automated queries using ODBC connections
