A higher education nonprofit organization in Cincinnati is looking for a Data Developer to design and develop data solutions. This role involves optimizing databases, implementing ETL workflows, and supporting data integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in computer science and has experience in programming languages like .NET/C#, SQL, and Python. The Data Developer is an exempt (salaried) position employed by the University of Cincinnati Foundation (UCF) and reports to the Executive Director, Applications, Data & Integrations.
The Data Developer is responsible for designing and developing data solutions, providing reliable and valid data integrations, database management, performance optimization, and automating processes and scheduling tools as identified. As part of the Foundation Information Technology (FIT) team, this role works collaboratively across the Foundation business units and partners to maximize the value of data assets to support strategic decision making and operational effectiveness.
The anticipated starting salary range for the Data Developer role is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. When determining final offer amount the UC Foundation considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
