What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring accountability for achieving outcomes from initiation to close-out
  • Drive execution by translating business strategy into actionable requirements and developing new procedures and policies
  • Analyze and manage program plans, schedules, and financials for complex initiatives
  • Monitor and mitigate program risks, issues, and compliance with policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience
  • Strong skills in change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in project management tools and risk assessment
