What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring accountability for achieving outcomes from initiation to close-out
- Drive execution by translating business strategy into actionable requirements and developing new procedures and policies
- Analyze and manage program plans, schedules, and financials for complex initiatives
- Monitor and mitigate program risks, issues, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a related field, including seven (7) years of program management experience
- Strong skills in change management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in project management tools and risk assessment
