A health care organization is seeking a Senior Market Development Professional to drive product strategy and lead competitive analysis for the Midwest Region. The successful candidate will manage project cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experiences. Ideal applicants will have extensive experience in health care settings and strong analytical skills, with the opportunity to work remotely or from specific locations.

The Senior Market Development Professional will be instrumental in driving the Midwest Region’s product strategy and will play an active role in the annual bid process. This role includes competitive analysis, project management, Medicare Advantage plan design and implementation, and cross-functional leadership. Strategic thinking and attention to detail will be key, as well as partnering effectively with stakeholders across Humana.
Role location and travel: The role can be based in Humana market office in Dublin, OH (Columbus, OH area), Louisville, KY or work from home (within OH, IN or KY). Willingness to travel during bid preparation and bid process to work with the team in Ohio and to participate in meetings in Louisville is required. Periodic travel is also needed across the region (OH, IN, KY, MI, WV).

Our Hiring Process
