About the Team

The Senior Associate, Sales Partnership will support the Strategic Partnership Team. Responsibilities include tasks, data management, and communication support to ensure efficient sales processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including replying to client inquiries, supporting Partner account managers, and preparing client presentations.
  • Partner Usage Reports: Collect and analyze reports to provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Lead Distribution: Manage and distribute leads to maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Renewal Management: Assist with non-strategic renewals.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of partnership activities in Salesforce.
  • Excel Work/Data Crunching: Analyze data and generate reports to support strategies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordination: Help coordinate partnership events and webinars.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Follow-Up: Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to progress programs.

You May Be a Good Fit If:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
