A fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a growing consulting practice. You will specialise in delivering Core HR and Talent solutions across enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations, contributing to both delivery and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud projects, focusing on Talent and Core HR workstreams
? Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
? Drive best practice across project planning, risk management, and governance
? Contribute to presales efforts, solution design, and proposal responses
? Play a key role in practice development and mentoring junior consultants
Key Skills Required
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR and Talent modules
Experience with two or more of: Performance & Goals, Talent Review, Succession, Oracle ME, Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Absence, or HR Helpdesk
Strong background in HCM security, approvals, and extensibility using Experience Design Studio
Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC level)
