Benefit is growing, and we are looking for a fearless Full-time Counter Manager passionate about making real connections in Sephora Metro Centre!

Founded in 1976 in San Francisco, we’re now in 59 countries with over 3,000 BrowBars and 6,000 trained service experts worldwide. We believe laughter is the best cosmetic and work hard to transform customers into better versions of themselves while having fun.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Brow and Beauty Experts, motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets and high customer service standards are met.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets through team delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  • Perform brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing (training provided).
  • Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to motivate the team.
  • Build business through in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
  • Maintain stock levels and report concerns.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with management.
  • Handle administrative tasks and staff rotas fairly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
Qualifications

Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
