Currently, we are expanding our specialist tax teams. We are seeking a Tax Disputes and Resolutions Director to join our national team, working with businesses, individuals, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to resolve tax disputes and inquiries. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with experience to achieve successful outcomes in client interactions with HMRC.

This role involves:

• Leading in the national team, developing client relationships, and acting as the main contact.
• Providing high-quality Tax Dispute Resolution Services to clients, collaborating with colleagues and other service lines.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver client solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Engaging in external business development and internal networking with partners.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience at a senior manager level or above.
• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with HMRC.
• Strong client handling and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking enthusiasm.
