We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven expertise in residential property management to bring their skills to this position.

• £32,500 to £43,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Up to £7,200 in capped commission
• Uncapped commission target of £3,725
• Complete on-target earnings of £39,425 up to £53,925

• Managing a team of property managers
• Monitoring and assessing team performance, including one-to-one meetings
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
• Conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventories

• Full UK manual driving license
• Minimum 3 years’ residential lettings experience
• Ability to foster a positive team environment
• Developing team members’ careers
• Strong client relationship skills
• Thorough knowledge of residential lettings legislation

To proceed, you must have:

• Full UK manual driving license
• Legal right to work in the UK (evidence such as Passport or Birth Certificate)
