We are looking for a committed and dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a meaningful difference to the learning and development of pupils in lower Key Stage 2. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Year 3/4 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a mixed Year 3/4 class.

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.

• Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform next steps.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan across the key stage.

• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and wider staff.

Ideal Year 3/4 Teacher:

• Is passionate about teaching and committed to raising standards.

• Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisation skills as a Year 3/4 Teacher.

• Understands the developmental needs of children in Years 3 and 4.

• Has a reflective and proactive approach to professional growth as a Year 3/4 Teacher.

• Is a dedicated team player who is committed to the school’s values and ethos.

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching in KS2 (desirable but not essential).
