Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing educator who thrives in an early years environment? We are looking for a passionate Year 1 Teacherto inspire and support their youngest learners during the most important stage of their development.

Duties as a Year 1Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework

• Support the personal, social, and emotional development of each child

• Monitor and assess progress through observations and learning journals

• Create an engaging, well-organised, and safe learning environment

• Work in close partnership with parents, carers, and your team

• Promote independence, kindness, and a love of learning

Ideal Year 1 Teacher:

• QTS, EYTS or equivalent recognised Early Years qualification

• Experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting

• A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development

• Creative, flexible, and reflective practice

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Year 1 Teacher.

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
