About Our Client

Our client's company integrates acquired e-commerce businesses into shared resources, optimizes operations and economics, and expands into new product lines and geographies. They focus on online job hunting tools.

Role overview

This senior role will lead our ERP Systems Manager and ERP consultants, managing various stakeholders across the business. The position reports directly to the Head of Engineering.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the team of NetSuite consultants and drive project delivery
• Lead customization of NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript
• Oversee data import/export processes involving NetSuite
• Manage report creation and data analysis within NetSuite
• Administer permissions and overall platform management
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in NetSuite

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and development
• 3+ years in a leadership role within an ERP team
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, including writing and understanding basic scripts, familiar with SuiteScript 2.0
• Experience with CSV import/export, user interface customization, SuiteAnalytics, permissions management, and navigation within NetSuite
• Understanding of financial processes, order management, and business reporting
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SuiteScript and SuiteTalk skills for complex integrations
• Expertise in SuiteAnalytics advanced features and SuiteApps management
• Experience with advanced financial management and supply chain operations
• E-commerce or Amazon platform experience, including integration with inventory and financial systems
