The ideal candidate will have a construction-related degree and experience in a consultancy, managing delivery from feasibility to handover. This role offers a salary between £42,000 and £58,000 along with private healthcare and a career development plan.

A growing consultancy in Leicester is looking to appoint a hands-on Project Manager to lead a range of commercial and light industrial schemes. This is a prime opportunity for a Project Manager looking to step up within a supportive business delivering quality outcomes. The Project Manager will work with clients across the Midlands and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
This role is suited to a delivery-focused Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of key client relationships.
The Project Manager will be involved from feasibility to handover, managing all aspects of delivery including cost control, programme and reporting.
Experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy
Construction-related degree
Chartership status or working towards (MRICS, APM, MCIOB)
Experience delivering industrial or commercial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
£42,000 – £58,000 per annum
