• Provide administrative support to the Stores Department including data entry, record keeping and documentation
• Manage and maintain stock levels for cleaning products, office supplies, bedding and other consumables
• Issue, receive and track items using both IT systems and paper-based processes
• Ensure stores areas remain organised, tidy and compliant with audit requirements
• Support with cleaning tasks within facilities and accommodation blocks when required
• Assist with general site duties as directed by the Site Manager

This role is primarily stores-based, working to support the Stores Department with a range of administrative and stock control tasks. You'll also provide occasional support with cleaning duties to ensure facilities remain presentable and fit for use. You'll be joining a small, dedicated team that takes pride in keeping the camp running smoothly. Previous stores experience is preferred but not essential, positive attitude, good organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Good understanding of Health & Safety principles and safe systems of work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and customers
• Confidence completing documentation accurately and efficiently
• Basic IT skills with willingness to learn new systems
• Experience with MJDI (Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory) is desirable, but full training will be provided
• A valid UK driving licence due to the remote location of the site
