• 1–3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Solid experience in both contentious and advisory employment work
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills

• Enthusiasm to grow within a busy and high-performing team

• Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
• Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
• Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
• Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
• Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
