As a 360° graduate recruitment consultant, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves developing business, forging connections, and securing opportunities with leading companies within your specific market. You'll also be responsible for sourcing candidates and assisting them find their ideal roles by building strong relationships.
