Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000

£27,000 per annum (plus bonus-based incentive scheme)

Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
  • Screen multiple candidates daily through in-depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
  • Make high-volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants – no cold calling required
  • Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services growth
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top productivity
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or telesales environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to shifting prioritiesSelf-motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
