Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop their desk within the Driving and Logistics sector. This role involves building client relationships, managing the recruitment cycle, and supporting candidates throughout the process. The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment. Hybrid working options available, with at least 2 days in the office.

What will your role involve?
A 360 Recruitment professional, you will take responsibility for building and developing your desk within the Driving and Logistics sector
- Develop strong client relationships, understanding their individual hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, compliance, and onboarding.
- Source, meet and support Driving and Logistics candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- Ensure all candidate compliance and documentation is up to date
- Maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates to ensure a quality service is consistently achieved
