Job summary

A leading international law firm in London is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead end to end recruitment across various business services roles. The candidate will manage relationships with key hiring managers, implement attraction strategies, and liaise with agencies. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills and prior recruitment experience in an in-house setting, particularly within legal or professional services.

About the Company

About the Role

This is a broad role within the team and will take the lead and focus on end to end recruitment across a variety of business services and fee-earning roles within the UK offices. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
  • Implementing attraction strategies for direct candidates
  • Advising on job and candidate specifications and process improvements
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases for hires
  • Supporting with Partner recruitment
  • Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Managing metrics and reporting
Job Requirements

You will have previous end to end recruitment in an in-house environment, developed in legal or professional services. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills and the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with senior stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an experienced co-ordinator to take a step up.
