Key responsibilities
  • Client and candidate management: Build positive relationships with client companies to understand their needs and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate sourcing: Draft job advertisements, network, conduct headhunting, and use job boards and social media to find suitable candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience to determine if they are a good fit for a role.
  • Matching and placement: Match qualified candidates to job openings and provide clients with shortlists of the best applicants.
  • Sales and business development: Generate new business for the agency by contacting companies and promoting services.
  • Negotiation and administration: Negotiate salary and terms between the client and candidate, and handle all related paperwork and records.
  • Advice and support: Provide advice to both employers and job seekers on salary levels, career opportunities, and training requirements.
  • Market research: Research industries and companies to identify potential candidates and recruitment trends.
