This manufacturing business is going through an exciting period of growth and change and is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to shape, support and develop its people strategy. Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll take ownership of the full HR generalist remit across a non‑unionised, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be the go‑to for managers, driving engagement, coaching on ER, and embedding a culture that reflects the company’s core values.
