Human Resources Manager – Dartford (On-Site)

About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will deliver both strategic direction and hands‑on HR support across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people‑related matters, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and best practice.

The role also includes leadership responsibility for the Health & Safety and Hospitality teams, along with occasional support for smaller UK entities.

Key Responsibilities
