Human Resources Manager – Dartford (On-Site)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate the HR function within a dynamic and growing organisation. This role is perfect for a strategic, people-focused HR professional who thrives on shaping culture, driving performance, and partnering with leaders to achieve organisational goals.
As the HR Manager, you will deliver both strategic direction and hands‑on HR support across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people‑related matters, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and best practice.
The role also includes leadership responsibility for the Health & Safety and Hospitality teams, along with occasional support for smaller UK entities.
Coach and mentor line managers to ensure consistent and effective application of HR procedures.
