Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
The Securities Finance desk manages the lending and borrowing of securities to optimise liquidity, generate revenue and support trading and settlement needs. The desk plays an important role in market making, collateral management and balance optimisation.
In this interim role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Securities Finance, help define objectives, track performance, and support decision-making across the platform. You’ll work closely with the Global Funding Hub for Markets to establish and maintain metrics related to financial resource usage, including funding costs, internal pricing, and resource allocation.

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
