Job summary

A well-established legal recruitment agency based in Colchester seeks a Legal Recruiter to develop candidate pipelines and build client relationships. This role requires proven recruitment experience, preferably in the legal sector, and strong commercial acumen to drive placements. The position offers a salary of up to £50,000, plus uncapped commission. The work is initially fully office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience, preferably in legal recruitment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong ethics and understanding of confidentiality in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of legal candidates.
  • Build and sustain client relationships with law firms and in-house teams.
