Interim HR Consultant

Banbury - Onsite

£250 - £270 day

An experienced HR Consultant is sought to provide expert, hands‑on support to a busy HR function within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate, assess the landscape, and deliver pragmatic HR solutions that align with business priorities.

Key Focus Areas
  • Lead and manage complex casework including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, dismissals, and restructures.
  • Provide clear, commercially aware HR guidance that protects the business and drives operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all aspects of employee relations.
  • Oversee HR reporting across absence, employee data, and performance metrics.
  • Represent HR in formal meetings and act as escalation point for ER matters.
  • Support initiatives that promote inclusion, equity, and a strong safety culture.
  • Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as required.
