Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction for plant operators
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external personnel
  • Work closely with managers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Implement workforce planning strategies to meet project demands
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with site personnel and clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and apps
  • Ensure GDPR compliance when handling confidential information
  • Resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Support key accounts including HS2 and regional recruitment needs
What you'll bring:
