Location: Wilmslow - Hybrid split of 3 days office, 2 days at home
Salary: 30000 - 35000 per annum

We're looking for a commercial HR generalist to play an integral role in our team and business. You will be working closely with our Sales teams to deliver the People Plan and their basic HR needs. A key focus of this role will be managing employee relations-acting as a primary point of contact for employee queries, proactively addressing and resolving ER issues, and providing expert support to managers on all aspects of employee relations. You'll also be involved in the full colleague life cycle, driving colleague engagement, supporting learning and development, championing change, and contributing to business growth.

Some experience of supporting a business with a variety of ER issues such as probation reviews, investigation, disciplinary, performance improvement; not just at note-taking level but coaching and advising managers.
