A local charity in Cheltenham is seeking an HR Advisor to provide employee relations expertise and support the HR Director with key projects. The primary focus of this role is to provide expert employee relations (ER) advice and ensure that managers are well‑equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of work and employment law. Additionally, the role supports the HR Director by leading key projects such as benchmarking and organisational restructures. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive work culture, support organisational development, and ensure HR best practices are applied throughout the organisation.
