- Creating and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
- Processing applications and managing candidate pipelines
- Supporting candidates through every stage of the recruitment process
- Handling queries from both clients and candidates with professionalism and care
- Ensuring full compliance with client processes and service level agreements
- A detail-oriented and efficient worker with strong organisational skills
- Confident working to targets and service level agreements
- Experienced in a process-driven environment
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment systems
