Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Girton is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide generalist support with a focus on employee relations and organisational change. This part-time role (22-30 hours per week) offers hybrid working and provides a competitive salary of up to £38k pro rata. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and possess strong HR generalist experience.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified (Assoc/Chartered) or equivalent.
- Strong HR generalist and case management experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on HR matters and ER cases.
- Contribute to organisational change and HR projects.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.
