A leading multimedia company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as the main HR contact for its UK operations. This role will involve ensuring the effective communication and implementation of UK HR policies, supporting recruitment, and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK employment law and prior experience in an HR role. You will report directly to the HR Director in the Netherlands acting as her eyes and ears in the UK while ensuring our HR policies are well developed, clearly communicated and consistently implemented. You will also be the person who brings the ProMedia culture to life in the UK.
As the primary HR contact in the UK your work will shape the everyday experience of our colleagues. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, questions are answered quickly and people feel supported, informed and connected to the wider organisation.
