An established HR consultancy is seeking a proactive HR Consultant to deliver expert HR support to SMEs across West Yorkshire. The role involves managing diverse HR caseloads, providing expert employee relations advice, and engaging with clients through direct communication. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of employment law, and a passion for customer service. This position offers flexibility with work from home arrangements and performance-related bonuses.
