A national logistics recruitment firm situated in Leeds is seeking a motivated Logistics Consultant to manage recruitment for a major client account. You will be responsible for client management, onboarding drivers, and facilitating workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics recruitment, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel as required. This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, bonuses, and genuine career growth within the division.

- Proven recruitment experience within the logistics/transport sector.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Able to travel to client depots with a UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Responsabilités
- Manage the recruitment and client management cycle across depot locations.
- Build and develop strong client relationships.
- Provide updates, reports, and solutions to the client.
