£35,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission + benefits

About the Role

We’re looking for ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultants for various clients in London and the surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from developing client relationships to sourcing, screening and placing top talent. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment that rewards proactive individuals who are passionate about matching people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising roles, arranging interviews, negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity within your specialist sector.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultant, resourcer, or 360 recruitment role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and building strong client / candidate relationships.
  • Confident communication skills, able to build rapport quickly over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Resilient, self‑motivated, and driven by success.
  • IT literate, with experience using recruitment CRM systems and job boards.
