Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Wakefield is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to provide exceptional service to clients in the industrial temporary market. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a temporary desk and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role requires flexibility and a drive to exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working on a temporary desk in any sector.
- Ability to work re-actively and proactively under pressure.
- Genuine desire to exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
- Identify new opportunities to develop clients.
- Maintain flexibility to meet client's working hours.
Skills
Concept Recruitment Group are a leading provider of temporary, permanent and contract staffing solutions in the North of England, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in our successful Wakefield branch, based in the city centre.
- Work within the industrial temporary market providing an exceptional service to our long standing clients whilst identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new clients.
- The ability to do a 360 role is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of working on a temporary desk (any sector)
- The ability to work re-actively and proactively and at times under pressure
- Flexibility to meet the working hours of our clients (including on-call)
- A genuine desire to be successful and exceed targets
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
- A full, clean driving licence
