Job summary

A community-focused organization in Bangor is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in onboarding and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities
  • You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience for recruiting managers and candidates alike, from vacancy sign‑off to the successful person's first day.
  • You'll work closely with recruiting managers at all stages, advising on the best recruitment strategy for their vacancy.
  • You'll utilise a variety of attraction methods, including advertising platforms, CV searches, social media, attending job fairs and events and engaging with external partners.
  • You'll support managers with the shortlisting and selection process, carrying out pre‑screening and attending interviews when required.
  • You'll manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring that all pre‑employment checks are completed compliantly and efficiently.
  • You'll work on projects to continuously improve our ability to recruit the best colleagues for the people we support.
