Job summary
A specialist NHS hospital is seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join their 5 bedded Critical Care Unit in East Grinstead, UK. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in Critical Care and entails responsibilities such as leading team shifts, supporting juniors, and attending multidisciplinary meetings. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of critical care experience.
- Experience in complex wound management.
- Management & leadership training.
Responsibilities
- Supporting junior staff.
- Leading the team on a shift by shift basis.
- Reviewing staffing.
- Taking referrals.
- Bed management within unit.
- Attending MDT meetings and meetings with family members.
