Job summary
A leading logistics site in Hinckley is seeking a Warehouse Training Coordinator who will play a crucial role in training new warehouse staff across various tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience working in training roles within busy warehouses and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- Current role as Warehouse Trainer, Team Leader or Supervisor is required.
- Hands-on experience in training staff in a busy warehouse environment.
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training for new warehouse staff across picking, packing, and processing.
- Monitor progress and ensure completion of training.
- Support operational excellence and safe working practices.
- Maintain accurate training records and report progress.
