This role is fully remote unless the employee is located within 60 miles of a branch office, in which case it will be hybrid with two to three work-from-home days per week.
Job Summary:
The Client Service Supervisor develops and monitors care plans to ensure clients receive quality care. They serve as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others involved in the client's care.
