Job description
🧩 About G-Club

G-Club is a private, invitation-only network for senior leaders and key professionals from the iGaming and tech industries.

Our mission is to build long‑term professional and human connections — beyond formal networking and transactional events. No public branding, no membership fees, no corporate small talk. Instead: trust, shared context, and meaningful experiences.

We bring together people from 30+ partner companies through curated gatherings, off‑the‑record meetups, intimate learning sessions, and stylish events. G-Club is about real value, not visibility.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as the strategic and creative force behind G-Club’s community. This is not an event producer role — it’s about shaping culture, connection, and presence. Your job is to create formats that bring people together, build trust, and reflect the club’s unique identity.

📌 Your core focus areas:
Community Strategy & Experience
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to develop a community growth strategy aligned with the G. Club’s values
  • Define and shape the structure, value, and engagement model of the community in accordance with the new strategy
  • Curate thematic clusters (HRs, CTOs, CEOs, etc.) and foster peer‑to‑peer connections
  • Launch and lead internal communication spaces and formats
Intimate Gatherings & Learning Formats
  • Design and run smaller‑scale experiences: private dinners, expert meetups, role‑based sessions
  • Source and engage speakers, moderators, and facilitators
  • Develop programs tailored to niche professional groups
Style, Aesthetics & Voice
  • Own the visual and verbal identity of The G-Club
  • Manage contractors (designers, copywriters, photographers, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency across all member touchpoints — from invites to in‑person experiences
What We Expect:
  • Understanding of the iGaming and tech ecosystem is a must
  • Experience in community building.
  • Strong sense of ownership: ability to create from scratch and lead through execution
  • Excellent taste — in people, formats, and aesthetics
  • Experience in creative production or strategic event design is a strong plus
  • Fluent English — most external communications are international
What You’ll Get:
  • Opportunity to shape a new format and build a high‑trust community
  • Access to a powerful and supportive industry network
  • Collaboration with different teams and external partners across the industry
  • Room for creativity in designing community experiences, content formats, and engagement activities
  • Involvement in planning and executing high‑impact initiatives that shape the member experience
  • Competitive salary and benefits
Hiring Process:
  1. Intro call with our recruiter
  2. Interview with hiring manager
  3. Test assignment
  4. Final interview with founders
👀 Not a Fit If...
  • You need step‑by‑step guidance and constant supervision
  • You lack a strong sense of aesthetics or social nuance
  • You prefer predictable routines over proactive leadership
  • You feel uncomfortable initiating conversations with new people or starting small talk
