The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational delivery of estates services, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role offers a salary range of £65,821 to £76,033 and a commitment to fostering innovative, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated in estates, property, or facilities management (or equivalent senior-level experience).
• Demonstrated success in leading estates services within healthcare or complex environments.
• Proven track record of budget management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IWFM, IHEEM) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all estates functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
• Lead the development and delivery of estates services aligned to organisational strategy and business plans.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding innovation and service excellence.
