Job summary
A property management company in Cardiff is seeking a Maintenance Co-ordinator to manage queries and coordinate repairs for tenants and landlords. This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting both tenants and landlords in a professional manner. Qualifications
- Highly organised and approachable with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
