Job summary

A charitable organization in Greater London seeks a Property and Finance Co-opted Committee Member to join its Investment Committee and Finance and Resources Committee. The role requires experience in managing commercial property portfolios and a CCAB recognized qualification in charity finance. Meetings are held hybrid at our Moorgate office three times a year. This position does not offer remuneration for its members.

Job Description

The property co‑opted member will sit on our Investment Committee. We're especially looking for someone with experience in running or managing commercial property portfolios. The Charity Finance Co‑optee will sit on our Finance and Resources Committee. We're looking for a qualified accountant (CCAB recognised qualification) with a deep understanding of charity finance. The Investment Committee and Finance and Resources Committee meet at our offices in Moorgate three times a year. All meetings are offered on a hybrid basis.

Trustees and co‑opted members do not receive remuneration for their roles.
