This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, prepares healthy meals with confidence, and brings a calm, friendly presence when the children return home from school. The family home is tidy, structured and welcoming, and they value someone reliable with high housekeeping standards.

• Daily cleaning, tidying and maintaining a well-organised family home
• Full housekeeping across bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
• Changing children's bed linens regularly
• Laundry and ironing for the whole family
• Maintaining an organised kitchen and managing stock rotationCleaning the fridge and noting items to replenish
• Managing household supplies and maintaining a running list
• Accepting deliveries and handling parcels
• Light outdoor tidying of small front and back garden areas

• Preparing fresh, healthy evening meals for the children daily
• Batch cooking when time allows

• School pick-ups on foot (10-minute walking distance)
• Supervising children's evening routine
• Creating a calm, structured after-school environment
• Helping them prepare for the next school day

• Dry cleaning drop-offs and pick-ups
• Local errands when required

• Strong experience as a Cook Housekeeper in a busy family home
• Confident preparing healthy children's meals
• Excellent housekeeping skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently, take initiative and organise workload
• Warm, friendly and confident around older children
• Good spoken English
• Pet friendly and comfortable with a small family dog
• Preferably a driver, but not essential

• £23 to £25 gross per hour
