A leading care provider in the UK seeks a dedicated support worker to enhance the lives of individuals with complex needs. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities and promote independence in community settings. Ideal candidates will have at least a year of experience in support work and a valid UK driver's license. You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs. You’ll be working in Bordon and supporting our clients living within central Bordon and also providing outreach in this area. Our aim is to offer supported living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.
