A leading sports organization is seeking a Sport Development Officer to drive the growth of archery across England. The successful candidate will work with clubs, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the sport's visibility and participation. Key responsibilities include developing local delivery plans, leading national projects, and ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals. This dynamic role requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, making a significant impact on grassroots archery development.
The Sport Development Officer is member of Archery GB’s Sport Development Team accountable for delivering agreed projects and initiatives to support an increase in the number of people taking up archery across a defined geography.
