Qualifications

• Experience undertaking fire risk assessment work within the residential property sector.
• Knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
• Training will be provided for LaCORS experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of various property types including high-rise buildings.
• Write up reports on findings based on risk assessments.
• Ensure all common areas remain a safe environment through compliance.
