A leading management organization in the UK seeks experienced Independent Apprenticeship Assessors for a remote role. The position offers an 18-month fixed-term contract, conducting End Point Assessments across various apprenticeship standards. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in assessment environments, with Level 5 professional qualifications in relevant fields. Location : Home-based with occasional travel to either our London or Kettering office for meetings
Reports to : Assessment Delivery Manager
Salary : £38,220pa plus excellent benefits

Are you a seasoned professional in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or Consulting looking for a rewarding, remote role?
We are hiring experienced and passionate Independent Apprenticeship Assessors (IAAs) to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver End Point Assessments (EPAs) across a range of vital Apprenticeship Standards, helping to shape the next generation of leaders.
You will be preparing for and undertaking EPAs in line with CMI’s quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
You will be conducting EPA activities and Live Assessment Days (LADs) and making assessment judgments on apprentice competence. Leading EPA Live Assessment Activities and recommending competence. Undertaking detailed checks on Gateway documentation to ensure compliance with assessment plan requirements.
